How to connect Todify for deliveries in Morocco
Todify is a courier/COD network for Morocco that you connect from the Apps page using account authorization, so Dropify can send orders and sync delivery status. Todify markets itself elsewhere as a "print-on-demand platform," but the connection Dropify sends orders through is a Moroccan delivery/COD integration — every order is sent with a shipping city, phone, address, and pricing converted to Moroccan dirham.
Steps
- Go to Apps → Todify. If you don't have an account, use Create Account to register on the Todify site first.
- Click Connect Account; you're redirected to Todify to authorize the connection, then brought back to Dropify.
- In the confirmation dialog, choose whether to Send Landing pages Orders and/or Send Store Orders, then confirm.
- Once connected, open Settings anytime to change which order types are sent.
- To stop using the integration, choose Disconnect Account.
Common problems
- "Failed to connect account"the authorization step didn't complete; click Connect Account again.
- Orders aren't sent to Todifymake sure the matching toggle (Send Landing pages Orders or Send Store Orders) is turned on in Settings.
- "Failed to update account"reopen Settings and save again.
- "Failed to send order to Todify"check the order has a complete customer name, phone, address, and city, then resend.
