How do I connect the ForceLog app?
ForceLog is connected to your store through a simple API key integration from the Apps section.
Steps
- Open ForceLog from Apps and click Connect ForceLog.
- Enter your API Key in the connect dialog.
- Confirm to complete the connection; the app's settings panel shows your connection Status and API key.
- To update the key later, use Edit Settings under ForceLog Settings.
- To stop using it, click Disconnect.
ForceLog is a fulfillment/shipping provider integration — once connected, your orders can be sent to ForceLog for delivery, the same way orders are dispatched to any other fulfillment/shipping partner.
Common problems
- "Failed to connect ForceLog"double check the API key was copied correctly from your ForceLog account, with no leading/trailing spaces, and try again.
- Disconnected by accidentreconnect using the same API key from Connect ForceLog; there's no automatic restore.
- Status shows disconnected after previously connectingthe API key may have been rotated on ForceLog's side; generate a fresh key there and update it via Edit Settings.
