I bought my domain through Dropify but can't find a DNS panel for it
Domains purchased through Dropify are managed by Dropify — there's no separate DNS panel for you to configure. Your store connects and works automatically; you don't need to set up anything yourself.
Steps
- Go to Store Settings → Domains and check that the domain appears and is marked Connected.
- If you need to connect a business email address (Google Workspace, Namecheap Private Email, etc.) on this domain, open a support ticket — Dropify adds the required records (CNAME/MX) for you.
Common problems
- No "Manage" button, Domain Control Panel, or DNS settings visible for a domain bought through Dropifythis is expected; these domains are managed by Dropify and connect automatically.
