AI landing page generation is stuck, fails, or uses the wrong product
If AI generation is stuck on a step (like "analyzing product features" or the hero section) for more than a few minutes, don't just wait — retry the generation rather than only refreshing the page.
Steps
- If generation seems frozen, go back to Landing Pages — the page is often already created there even while generation looks stuck; open it to check its real status.
- If nothing was created, or the page is stuck on Draft status, start a new generation for the same product rather than repeatedly refreshing.
- Clear your browser cache/cookies (or try a different browser) before retrying if the issue repeats.
- If you see an error mentioning "WebSocket" or "real-time updates are off," this is a connection issue on our side — contact support with a screenshot of the exact error.
- If the page keeps failing after two or three retries, contact support with the product name and approximately when you generated it.
Common problems
- AI used the template's default product/image instead of your own productthis can happen when the product wasn't fully selected before generating; re-check that your product (and its main image) is selected before starting generation, and if it still happens, send support a short screen recording of the steps you took.
- AI generated the page for the wrong type of product (e.g. treated a soap shaped like a flower as a decoration item)the AI reads your product's title, description, and main image, so a clearer, more literal product title and a straightforward product photo reduce misclassification.
- Regeneration of a single section (e.g. re-running just the hero section) gets stuck and never completestry regenerating again after a minute; if it stays stuck, contact support rather than repeatedly retrying, since a partially generated page can sometimes leave the store temporarily unable to open.
- Paid for AI generation but got a broken or low-quality resultcontact support with the landing page link; do not assume the charge means the page can't be regenerated or fixed.
