How do I add my Facebook, TikTok, or Google pixel ID?
Add tracking pixels from Store Settings > Pixels (or from Apps by opening the specific pixel app, e.g. Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel). This works with or without a custom domain — the free Dropify subdomain is enough to start tracking.
Steps
- Go to Store Settings > Pixels. You'll see a card for each provider: Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, X, and Pinterest.
- On the provider you want, click Add New Pixel (or Add your first pixel).
- Enter a Name for the pixel (any label to identify it) and the Pixel ID (or Measurement ID for Google) from your ad account.
- Click Save Pixels. You can add up to 10 pixels per provider — useful if you run multiple ad accounts.
- Open Event Configuration on the pixel card to choose which events fire (PageView, ViewContent, AddToCart, InitiateCheckout, Purchase, Lead). Only checked events are sent.
- If you're tracking a landing page (funnel) rather than your main store, add the pixel from that landing page's own settings — landing pages carry their own pixel list separate from the store's.
- For a landing page/funnel to send the Purchase event, its thank-you (order-confirmation) page must be active — check this in the landing page's settings if the Purchase event never fires.
Common problems
- Can't find where to add the IDit's under Store Settings > Pixels, not inside the individual pixel app pages (those show the same data but per provider).
- Pixel saved but nothing tracksdouble check you pasted the ID, not the pixel name, into the ID field, and that the relevant event is checked under Event Configuration.
- Need to link pixels but haven't bought a domainnot required; pixels work on the default Dropify subdomain.
- Landing page and store need different pixelseach landing page has its own pixel settings, independent of the store-wide ones.
