How do I generate invoices and shipping labels with InvoiceCraft?
InvoiceCraft generates printable invoices and shipping labels for your orders, using a template you can customize with store, order, customer, and shipment details.
Steps
- Open InvoiceCraft from Apps.
- Build or edit your invoice/label template using the available variables, grouped by section:
- Store Information: Store Name, Store Address, Store Phone, Store Email, Store Logo, Tax ID
- Order Information: Order Number, Order Date, Order Status, Payment Status, Payment Method, Invoice Number, Order Notes
- Customer Information
- Product Information (Loop) — repeats per line item
- Order Totals
- Shipment Information: Tracking Number, Shipping Company
- Insert the variables you need into your layout so each printed document pulls live order data automatically.
- Generate and print/download the invoice or label for a specific order (or in bulk, depending on your order list selection).
Common problems
- Store logo/details are missing from the printed invoicemake sure Store Logo, Store Name, Store Address, etc. are filled in under Store Settings → Store information / branding — InvoiceCraft pulls these fields rather than storing its own copy.
- Tracking number or shipping company isn't printingthis only populates once that information is added to the order itself; add the courier and tracking number to the order first.
- Tax ID doesn't show on invoicesset your Tax ID in your store's tax settings; InvoiceCraft only displays what's already configured for the store.
