How to send a WhatsApp marketing campaign
Marketing campaigns send a bulk WhatsApp message to a segment of your customers, and require an approved MARKETING template created in advance.
Steps
- Go to Campaigns and select New campaign.
- Template & Content: name your campaign (up to 100 characters), select your approved MARKETING template and language, and optionally set up an A/B test (variant B with a 10–90% split) or a recurring send (every 1–720 hours).
- Audience: choose All customers, Buyers only, or My contacts only, then filter by minimum/maximum orders, minimum/maximum spent, and last order within N days; the live match count updates as you adjust filters.
- Review & Send: choose Send now or Schedule for later.
- Open the campaign afterward to see progress, sent/failed counts, and estimated cost.
- In Settings, set a cooldown (1–720 hours) between marketing messages to the same customer, whether to skip customers who previously rejected messages, and working hours.
- Review results in Analytics: campaigns, messages, replies, orders, revenue, and conversion.
