How do I set up automated order emails with Easy Mailer?
Easy Mailer sends automated emails to customers based on your order statuses — for example a confirmation email when an order is placed, or a shipping email when it ships.
Steps
- Install/open Easy Mailer from Apps.
- If you see "SMTP Configuration Required," set up your email provider's SMTP settings first — Easy Mailer can't send emails without it.
- Go to Email Templates and click Add Email Template.
- Fill in the Template Name, Email Subject, and choose the Order Status that should trigger it (e.g. Paid, Shipped, Cancelled).
- Optionally start from a Base Template, set the Language, and mark it For digital products only if it should send just for digital items (otherwise it applies to all products).
- Use the visual Template Editor to design the email content, then save.
- Before relying on it, click Send Test on the template and enter an email address to receive a test copy.
- Manage existing templates with Edit Template, Edit Settings, or Delete from the table's Actions column.
Common problems

- Test email never arrivescheck spam/junk folders first, then re-verify SMTP settings; a failed test usually means the SMTP credentials are wrong.
- Wrong template language senttemplates are matched by the Language set on the template; add a template per language you want covered.
