Upgrading your store to the latest Dropify version
All stores have already been moved to the current platform version — there's no manual "upgrade" button to click, and the previous version has been fully retired and can't be reverted to.
Steps
- If you're unsure which version your store is on, contact support with your store name and they'll confirm.
- If one of your stores works fine but another (under the same account) isn't loading or behaving like the current version, try accessing it through the older admin link first, then contact support to have it moved onto the current version the same way your working store was.
- After an upgrade or migration, re-check your store settings, product pages, and any custom domains, since some settings screens moved to new locations.
- If any of your pages return a 404 right after a migration, confirm they're still marked Published; republish if needed and contact support if the error persists.
Common problems
- Asking to cancel an update and go back to the previous versionthis isn't possible; the previous platform version has been fully removed and all stores now run on the current version.
- A specific store isn't loading or working like your other storesthis usually means that particular store still needs to be moved onto the current version; contact support with both store names so they can check and migrate it.
- Store design or landing pages look different after a migrationsome visual settings don't carry over automatically; contact support with screenshots of before/after so the specific difference can be checked.
- New pages 404 right after a migrationconfirm the page is Published and reachable at its current link; see the landing-page-not-loading article for more checks.
