How to view, filter, and update the status of your orders
The Orders page lists every order placed on your store. Search or filter the list, then update one or many orders' status, attach tags, print invoices/labels, or send orders to a courier or COD partner.
Steps
- Open Orders from the sidebar to see the order list, or go to Orders → All Orders.
- Use the search box (top of the list) to find an order by customer name or phone, or click Filters to narrow by product, country, sales channel, order status, payment status, fulfillment status, price range, discount code, tag, or creation date.
- Select one or more orders using the checkboxes, then open the Actions dropdown to:
- Update Status – change the status for the selected orders (Pending, Confirmed, Ready to Ship, Shipped, Delivered, Returned, Canceled, Refunded, Re-call, Lost, Duplicated, or Completed).
- Attach Tag – label orders for your own organization.
- Print Invoices / Print Shipping Labels.
- Send to [provider] – push selected orders to a connected courier or COD partner (only providers you've installed appear here).
- Choosing Ready to Ship opens a short checklist: you must confirm the customer's shipping address first, then pick a shipping company before the status can be saved.
- Use the customize-columns icon (top right of the table) to show, hide, or reorder columns like Order ID, Tag, Total paid, Sent for fulfillment, Sale source, Order status, Customer name, and Phone number.
Common problems
- Older orders seem to have disappearedthe list shows only a recent date range by default; open Filters and widen the Creation date range (or pick a custom range) and apply it to bring older orders back into view.
- Orders arrive with no customer name or phone number at allDropify's checkout doesn't require these fields on its own; it accepts whatever the checkout form on your landing page or store collects. Open your checkout form builder and make sure Name and Phone are present and set as required fields.
