How to review and clear spam or fraudulent orders

Orders that match your Anti-Spam app rules (blocked phone numbers, blocked IP addresses, or blocked keywords) are routed to Spam Orders instead of the main order list, so you can review them before deciding to keep or discard them.

Steps

  1. Install and configure the Anti-Spam app (Apps section) first — the Spam Orders page requires it to be active, and you're redirected to the app page if it isn't installed.
  2. Go to Orders → Spam Orders to see everything that was flagged.
  3. Search by product, customer name, phone, email, or address, or use Filters for country, sales channel, or creation date.
  4. Select one or more spam orders, then use the Actions menu:
    • Convert to Order (single) or Bulk Transfer (multiple) — moves a wrongly-flagged order back into your regular Orders list.
    • Delete Order / Bulk Delete — permanently removes confirmed spam.
  5. To stop similar orders from being flagged going forward, add the phone number or IP address to your Anti-Spam blocklist, or review the blocked keywords list, from inside the Anti-Spam app.
