I can't log in to my Dropify dashboard — how do I fix it?
Most login errors clear up by retrying on the correct login page after a couple of minutes; if it persists, send support a screenshot of the exact error so it can be fixed.
Steps
- Make sure you're on the current login page:
https://admin.mydropify.shop/auth/login. If you still have an old bookmark foradmin.dropify.shop, update it — all stores have moved to the new platform version. - Try a different browser, or an incognito/private window, in case of a stuck session or cached login.
- Wait a couple of minutes and try again — many login errors are temporary and clear on retry.
- If a custom domain was set on a landing page, check that it isn't interfering with your store links.
- Still failing? Email support with a screenshot of the exact error message and your account email — most login errors get fixed within the day.
Common problems
- "Something went wrong" or "Action Failed" generic errorsend a screenshot; this is usually a backend issue support needs to fix on their side rather than something you can resolve locally.
- Account seems locked/closed with no explanationthis can be a short, platform-wide maintenance lock (sometimes just minutes); if it doesn't clear shortly, contact support with your account email.
- Login keeps asking for a security code you never set upthis means two-factor authentication is on but wasn't set up on your device; see How do I reset my Dropify password? and contact support if the code prompt won't go away after a password reset.
- Login worked before but suddenly stopped, no changes madetry the retry/browser steps above first; if unresolved, this is usually a platform-side bug support needs to fix.
- Login page gets stuck on a Mac (e.g. in Safari) and never finishes loadingthis is usually an old leftover login cookie conflicting with a new one; log out completely (or clear your browser's site data for
mydropify.shop) and log in again. If it still gets stuck, send support a short screen recording of the issue.
