My store disappeared from the dashboard — where did it go?
If you have more than one store, make sure you're logged into the right one from Store Selection; if a store was deleted for inactivity it won't show at all. A small number of older accounts also still need to migrate from the previous platform version.
Steps
- If you own multiple stores, check Account Settings → My Stores or the store-selection screen at login — it's easy to end up viewing the wrong one.
- If a store you expect to see isn't listed anywhere, it may have been automatically deleted for inactivity — see My store was deleted for inactivity — can I get it back?.
- If logging in prompts you to register a new store instead of showing your existing one, you may still be on the older platform version; use
https://admin.mydropify.shop/auth/login(notadmin.dropify.shop) and look for a migration prompt/button in your account to move to the current version. - If a store with a connected custom domain doesn't appear even though the live site loads fine, contact support with the domain and account email — this is usually a display issue that support can fix from their side.
Common problems
- Only your newest store shows, an older one is missingthe older store likely had no active plan for a long time and was auto-deleted; see My store was deleted for inactivity — can I get it back?.
