My store was deleted for inactivity — can I get it back?
A store is deleted after 3 months without an active subscription payment or a balance top-up. If it's still eligible, you can restore it yourself from the Inactive Stores section by subscribing to a plan again — your data, design, and store coins balance come back with it.
Steps
- Log in to your Dropify account and check for an Inactive Stores section, or open the restore link from the notification email Dropify sends before deletion.
- Click Restore next to the store.
- Choose a paid plan (Business or Unlimited) to reactivate it — the first month must be paid to complete the restoration.
- Once payment is confirmed, the store, its data, and any remaining store coins balance are restored, exactly as they were.
- After restoring, you can switch to Pay As You Grow if you don't want to stay on a fixed monthly plan — see How do I downgrade or switch my Dropify plan?.
