How do I cancel my Dropify subscription?
There's no separate "cancel" button — you cancel by disabling auto-renewal from Account Settings → Subscriptions and Payments. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then it doesn't renew.
Steps
- Log in and go to Account Settings → Subscriptions and Payments (
/account-settings/subscriptions-payments). - Find the Automatic Billing section and click Disable auto-billing.
- Your current plan keeps working until the end of the billing cycle you already paid for — you won't be charged again after that.
- If you also want the store itself gone, you don't need to do anything else: a store with no active subscription and no activity is automatically closed after a period of inactivity. See How do I close or delete my Dropify account? if you want this sped up or confirmed.
Common problems
- Can't find a cancel button at allthat's expected; look for Disable auto-billing instead, under Subscriptions and Payments.
- Charged again after asking support to cancelsupport cannot disable auto-renewal on your behalf; you must do it yourself from Subscriptions and Payments, otherwise the plan renews automatically at the end of the period.
- Plan auto-upgraded (e.g. to Business) without you choosing itthis happens when auto-renewal was left on after a trial or initial payment; disable it the same way to stop future charges, and see Can I get a refund for my Dropify subscription? if you were charged unexpectedly.
- Want to stop working with Dropify but might come backyou can also just leave the account inactive with auto-renewal off instead of requesting deletion; your store coins balance is preserved.
