How do I remove my saved credit card from Dropify?
Go to Account Settings → Subscriptions and Payments and delete the card from your list of payment methods. Your primary card can only be removed after you add a second card and make it primary — Dropify always requires at least one card on file if you have any saved.
Steps
- Go to Account Settings → Subscriptions and Payments.
- In the payment methods list, find the card and click the delete (trash) icon on it.
- If that card is marked Primary, this will fail — first add another card, click the heart/"make primary" icon on the new one, then delete the old card.
- If you only have one card and don't want to add another one, you can't remove it yourself — contact support with your account email and ask them to remove it for you.
Common problems
- Delete button doesn't work / "cannot be deleted" errorthis is expected for your only or primary card; add a second card first, or ask support to remove it.
- Disabled auto-billing but the card is still listedthat's normal — disabling auto-renewal stops future charges but doesn't remove the card itself; remove it separately if you want it gone.
