Can I get a refund for my Dropify subscription?
New subscriptions are covered by a 14-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. After that window, or for a renewal charge, refunds are not guaranteed — email support@dropify.shop with your order number and reason to request one.
Steps
- Check the date of the charge: if it's within 14 days of your first purchase of that subscription, you qualify for a full refund.
- Email support@dropify.shop (or use the site's contact form) with your account email, the order number/amount, and why you're requesting a refund.
- If approved, Dropify processes the refund within about 7 business days; your bank may take longer to post it. Payment-gateway fees may be deducted, and a discount you received is reflected in the refunded amount.
- To avoid this coming up again, also disable auto-renewal — see How do I cancel my Dropify subscription?.
Common problems
- Charge was a renewal, not your first paymentrenewal charges are not refundable under policy; disable auto-renewal beforehand to prevent this. Support sometimes offers a goodwill exception (converting the charge to store balance, or pausing the subscription) but this isn't guaranteed.
- Small top-up or low-value purchasepurchases of $20 or less are non-refundable, including balance top-ups and discounted first-month promo offers (e.g. a $1.99 intro price) — this is final even within 14 days.

- Refund approved but not received after several business dayscontact your bank; Dropify's side of the refund is usually completed within about 7 business days of approval.
