Use Forgot your password? on the login page to get a reset link by email — you don't need to be logged in for this.

Steps

Go to https://admin.mydropify.shop/auth/login.
Click Forgot your password?.
Enter the email address on your Dropify account and click Send reset link.
Open the email and follow the link to set a new password.
Once logged in, you can also change your password directly from Account Settings → Security and Privacy.

Reset email never arrivescheck spam/junk first; if it's not there, request the link again — email delivery delays are the most common cause.
Reset link used, but login still failsdouble-check you're using https://admin.mydropify.shop/ (not an old or bookmarked URL) and try a different browser; if it still fails, contact support with your account email and a screenshot of the error.
