How do I see and manage newsletter subscribers?
The Newsletter page under Marketing lists everyone who subscribed to your store's newsletter, with their name, email, country, phone number, and the product SKU they subscribed from.
Steps
- Go to Marketing → Newsletter.
- Use the search box or the Country, Name, and Email filters to narrow the list.
- Select one or more subscribers with the checkboxes, then use Actions → Bulk Delete to remove them.
- Click Export and choose Export CSV or Export XLSX to download the full subscriber list (respecting your active filters).
- To remove a single subscriber, use the delete action on their row; you'll be asked to confirm since it can't be undone.
Common problems
- Export button is greyed out or returns "No newsletters selected"that message only applies to bulk delete, which requires selecting rows first; Export itself works on the filtered list without needing a selection.
- A subscriber I deleted still gets emailsthe newsletter list only tracks who opted in on your store; if you're also using an email app like Easy Mailer, Brevo, Mailchimp, or Klaviyo, remove them from that app's list too.
- List looks emptycheck your filters (especially Country) aren't excluding everyone; clear them and search again.
