Fix: 404 or page not found errors after moving to the new platform version

If your store or landing pages started showing 404 / "Page Not Found" errors, edits stopped appearing live, or you see a "please log into your store" message after your account moved to the newer platform version, your domain's nameservers are still pointing at the old servers.

Steps

  1. Go to your domain provider's control panel and find where the nameservers are set.
  2. Update them to dns1.dropify.shop and dns2.dropify.shop (the same values used for any domain connection — see How to connect a custom domain to your Dropify store).
  3. Allow DNS propagation time before testing again.
  4. If your store still uses the free subdomain instead of a custom domain, note the format changed to [yourstorename].mydropify.shop — the old free-subdomain links tied to the previous platform version are no longer supported.
  5. Once the nameservers update, existing pixel/tracking setup on your landing pages does not need to be reconnected — it stays saved with the page.
